Rim polishing systems, like vibratory finishing systems, are spray coated with THELAN polyurethane to protect against wear and abrasion.

We offer the same complete service including removal of the old coating, general repairs and painting in the color of your choice.

Depending on the requirements or condition of the rim polishing equipment, cracks can also be welded out and then the containers annealed stress-free.

As a rule, we coat polishing plant for rim sizes from 17″-28″. The picture on the right, also shows a plant suitable for polishing up to 39″ rims. Here you can also see the difference in size of the equipment.

Rim polishing systems are coated with the particularly wear-resistant polyurethane formulation THELAN7380. The layer thickness is between 5-8mm which is feasible up to 30mm on customer request.Go to folder
