If we talk about Serie-Production, automation is of course the logical conclusion to increase throughput times and efficiency. “Smart Manufacturing” and “Industry 4.0” are already standard in many companies in an increasingly digital world.
Our Casting Machines and Peripheral equipment are therefore compatible with a wide variety of automation solutions – from linear axes to Industrial-Robots.
In close cooperation with our customers and using the latest technology, machines have been delivered that produce for example nearly 1,500 earplugs per minute or up to 8,000 rollers per shift.
On request, our experienced team also develops customer-specific solutions to adapt them to your production-, process- or data-recording systems.
