TECTHAN sleeves are manufactured using a special joining process from sheet material. Thanks to our unique manufacturing process, we are able to connect edge to edge seamlessly. Even at the seam, our sleeves exhibit high mechanical properties due to this chemical bonding. As no overlapping is required in this process, unlike adhesive solutions, we can produce sleeves up to a thickness of 2mm.

The oil resistance of our material prevents leakage or chemical damage to the cuff and junction. The use of mixer protection and cutting oils is safe.
