The Special
Cast Polyamide is an extremely hard and wear-resistant material which is mainly used to manufacture semi-finished products (e.g. Polyamide Sheets and Rods) for a wide variety of industrial sectors.
These semi-finished products are then processed into highly wear-resistant Seals, Wheels or Roller, for example.
The starting materials require high process temperatures of well over 100 ° C, and a high level of accuracy in dosing and maintaining the mixing ratio.
Based on our experience, we implement customer-specific solutions from small Laboratory and Prototyping machines to fully automatic Hot Casting machine for series production.
