By visualizing all important casting parameters in a clear main menu window, you always have everything in view and thus also control over your casting process and the quality of your products – Any time.
With individually adjustable parameter-settings, you can perfectly optimize your casting process or minimize your material loss during pre-shot or flushing. Based on our experience as polyurethane processors, our team is of course at your disposal for advice and support.
Numerous safety features offer maximum safety for man and machine – both in daily operation and during any maintenance or service work.
Of course, the most important thing is to keep production running, as any disruption can have serious repercussions. An integrated modem gives us the opportunity to connect to the machine quickly and securely, and thus to offer you rapid support with diagnostics, advice, service or software updates.
Using special software features such as the “Totalizer”, pump performance or similar values can be read out to plan necessary maintenance or service work in advance (Predictive Maintenance).
