Hot´s not the same as hot
When it comes to hot casting applications, our delivery program offers a wide range of different solutions. Starting with the 2-component basic system, which can be easily extended with a 3rd component based on the “Plug and Play” modular design, to multi-component special systems, which are built on customer request and requirements.
With this system series, all parts that come into contact with the product can be heated continuously.
Tank sizes up to more than 2,000 liters, temperatures up to 150°C, discharge rates up to 200 kg/min., mass flow systems, crosslinker handling systems and additional additive or color dosing units are possible
A powerful Siemens PLC with touch panel as well as optional process data logging and process visualization ensure maximum product quality and process reliability combined with simple and logical menu navigation for operation.
