Polyurethan Damping plate

This innovative component combines several functions in a single part. Thanks to the homogeneous joint between the two TECTHAN polyurethane layers, they cannot be separated, unlike similar rubber-polyurethane combinations. The TECTHAN polyurethane layers are firmly infused onto a steel sheet (e.g. made of Hardox). The metal panel is ultimately needed when assembling into your system. The grey TECTHAN polyurethane layer is relatively soft and is there to absorb knocks and impacts, while the yellow layer, which is harder and extremely abrasion-resistant, serves as a wearing course.
