Polyurethane sheets with perforated metal plate inlay

With our perforated plate, the usual high mechanical properties of our abrasion-optimized TECTHAN formulations are combined with quick and easy assembly. That is why they are used particularly in processing technology and the concrete industry for lining e.g. Chutes, aggregate scales, funnels, … are used to protect the substructure and stand out from other wear protection solutions due to their long service life and quick, uncomplicated replacement.

In addition to circular saws and jigsaws, cutting is easily possible.

The perforated sheet insert guarantees a secure hold when screwing onto the base body while at the same time freely selecting the attachment point. Due to the high elasticity of our material, the screw head can be countersunk in the TECTHAN layer and thus protected.
