Polyurethan Press pads

These press pads made of highly wear-resistant TECTHAN polyurethane are used for shaping large-area aluminium, steel and titanium panels. The pad has to withstand 20,000 t during the pressing process, and then every four minutes. The press pad has the size of a small car and comprises a base pad with replaceable mats as a wearing course. The base pad comprises two Shore hardnesses, with a maximum casting weight of 1,600kg.
