Polyurethan Screen base

The screen base was coated with our Thelan spray polyurethane as a wear protection against abrasion. Our spray coatings are impact resistant, highly elastic, chemically resistant and highly resistant to most solvents, oils, greases and organic and inorganic acids as well as alkaline media.

In addition to their high wear resistance, PUR spray coatings feature seamless processing. This prevents infiltration at butt joints, which means that the spray coating also serves as a corrosion protector.
